*AGENCY MUST SUPPLY RADIATION BADGE* About this Position Position/Specialty: CT Scan Tech Daily Caseload per tech: Varies per shift & location Shift: Will work 3x12hr Fri-Sun 7P-730A at Main holiday rotation Is on-call REQ On-call rotation with staff Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs Yes Floating Req to Sister Facilities: Yes Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 1 year experience preferable/6 months level 1 trauma required First-timers accepted: Yes if they have previous experience. Cert/Lic REQ: Requirements: BLS ARRT RT (R) (CT) and SCRQSA (R) (CT) Experience REQ: Siemens experience and Level 1 Trauma experience Radiation Badge REQ: Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers Misc. Radius rule Yes 60 miles. Are locals accepted Yes on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate Pending State License accepted: No must have in hand at time of start RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on manager/units needs. Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Teaching Hospital Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma: Magnet Teaching and Level 1 Trauma Total Staffed Beds: 865 Scrub Color: Teal Top and Black Bottom Charting: Epic Parking Cost: Nights and weekends cost only. One time payment of $20 for a parking pass
