Job Description
Scranton Chevrolet is looking for a reliable personable organized and responsible individual to handle customer reception both virtual and in person. Dealership experience is preferred but we will train the right person for the position.
Applicants should be self motivated not turned off by cold calling and genuinely loves the hunting involved in the sales process. We will provide the structure and opportunity to earn in a fast paced and detail oriented team environment. Candidates should be career minded individuals with a clean and neat appearance. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Contacting customers utilizing our systems to schedule appointments for service work.
- Answering incoming calls for appointments and customer inquiries.
- Cold call potential customers.
- Communicating through email text and phone.
- Assisting service advisors and the service team.
- Greeting customers at vehicle pickup collecting payment signatures and recording the completed transaction.
- Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external customers and be able to handle a fast paced environment.
- Commission program for successful appointment setting on top of hourly wage.
