Job Summary:
S & L Motors a leading automotive dealership in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Technician to join our team. This is a fulltime position that requires an individual who is passionate about cars and has the necessary skills and experience to provide highquality body repair services. As a Body Shop Technician you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles ensuring they are restored to their preaccident condition.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer competitive pay for this flat rate role with an opportunity to make $70000$100000annually. Additionally we provide biweekly pay allowing you to be compensated for your hard work in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed
Utilize various tools equipment and techniques to repair body damage such as welding sanding and painting
Follow manufacturers specifications and guidelines to ensure repairs are done in a safe and effective manner
Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Keep work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Body Shop Technician
Proven skills in repairing damaged vehicles
Indepth knowledge of various tools equipment and techniques used in body repair
Ability to read and interpret manufacturers specifications and guidelines
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check
