- Develop and implement HR policies tailored to the jewelry industrys requirements.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Plan and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and assist in setting KPIs for staff.
- Coordinate with management for workforce planning and succession strategies.
