Job Description
The program and policy coordinator will assist in the implementation of the Louisiana Comprehensive Cancer Control LCP plan state wide. The coordinator will directly assist by coordinating the Louisiana Colorectal Cancer Roundtable and facilitate efforts around policy and environmental changes for the Louisiana Healthy Communities Coalition LHCC . The coordinator will be responsible for tracking policy changes at state and local levels and informing and educating others about evidence based policy interventions statewide for tobacco and obesity (active living healthy eating). This position is located in New Orleans LA. Statewide travel is necessary.
