This space features a carefully curated selection of products including skincare jewellery clothing tea coffee tinctures art bodycare cosmetics and more.

The Role
Our client is seeking a Retail Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting Indigenous and womenowned businesses. This role involves assisting customers managing stock and processing online orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Ensure an inclusive shopping experience.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the product range.
- Receive organise and replenish stock.
- Process online wholesale and corporate orders.
- Accurately pack and dispatch orders.
- Keep the store clean and visually appealing.
- Assist with merchandising and displays.
What Were Looking For:
- Retail or customer service experience (preferred).
- Passion for Indigenous businesses and social enterprises.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Shopify/Unleashed is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Manual Drivers Licence.
- Flexible availability including weekends.

- AFP criminal record check required or willing to obtain
