Job Description
Masters Psychology is a leading mental health clinic committed to safety integrity genuine care and excellence. We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist or Psychiatrist to provide leadership while maintaining a small caseload. In this Executive role you will:
- Provide clinical leadership supervision and mentorship to the team
- Maintain a direct client caseload delivering high quality care
- Oversee clinical governance service delivery and quality improvement including the integration of multidisciplinary team
- Foster a collaborative wellresourced and thriving team culture
About You:
- Registered Clinical Psychologist or Psychiatrist with demonstrated leadership experience
- Strong clinical expertise with a passion for inspiring developing and mentoring others
- Ability to balance client care with leadership responsibilities
- Understand what is meant by purposedriven growth to enhance impact quality and sustainability; able to navigate a strategic growth phase
