Job Description
Microsoft Power BI JD Perform detailed analysis of source systems and source system data and data models that Power BI will leverage for reporting. Design and develop Power BI scripts to import data from source systems and build Power BI dashboards to meet customer requirements. Interpret business requirements and technical specifications and translate that into design Work directly with business users to define by developing prototypes/wireframes in Power BI Dashboards. Extracting transforming and loading data from multiple sources into Power BI applications. Use DAX to write customized logic for representing data in Power BI reports. Create metric or insight in dashboards that provide a consolidated view across the organization regardless of where the data resides. Schedule dashboards for automatic delivery of reports content to end users devices and physical locations. Design create and tune physical database objects (tables views indexes) to optimize reports/dashboard performance. Provide input on proposing evaluating and selecting appropriate design alternatives to meet specific client requirements and are consistent with clients current standards and processes. Demonstrate Power BI dashboards to business users as and when required
