As the Assistant Banquet Manager youll play a pivotal role in ensuring each event is a standout success leaving guests raving and coming back for more.

What Youll Do

As the Assistant Banquet Manager youll be the driving force behind our Banquet team working closely with the Banquet Manager to deliver toptier service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading inspiring and motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensuring every event runs smoothly from setup to cleanup with a focus on quality and timeliness.
  • Greeting guests warmly accommodating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Overseeing food and beverage service assisting as needed to ensure seamless .
  • Anticipating guest needs responding promptly and ensuring satisfaction throughout the event.
  • Training team members to master serving techniques for plated and receptionstyle meals (training provided).
  • Maintaining a clean professional and safe environment at all times.
