Greet all guests in a warm and enthusiastic manner
Ensure guests are satisfied & fulfill any additional requests
Ensure Food & Beverages are sufficiently stocked at all times
Answer questions regarding the food the hotel & local area
Clear and reset counters at conclusion of each service
Ensure cleanliness of lounge
Clean and wipe down tables & service areas
Notify a manager immediately of any guest complaints.
Practice and observe all safety rules and procedures.
Assist all service personnel in any duties as requested.
Maintain and follow all cash handling procedures.
Ability to accurately use various office software.
Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.
Pushing bending stooping upward reaching manual dexterity.
Hearing writing typing.
Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.
Other duties may be assigned.
Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.
Must have a knowledge of applicable Federal state and local health safety and legal regulations.
Must have good mathematical and computer skills.
High school education preferred. Relevant training and experience required.
Ability to timely obtain any required licenses or certificates.
CPR training and first aid training preferred.
Additional language ability preferred.
