Preferred Qualifications
Experience with sourcing diverse candidates by utilizing various sourcing methods in LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed job boards ATS systems and through social media General knowledge of human resources operations is strongly preferred Understanding of full lifecycle recruitment is beneficial Knowledge of effective selection methods including behavioral interviewing and structured assessment tools/processes Knowledge and understanding of EEO and Affirmative Action policies and procedures as well as employment functions and human resources regulations and laws Behavioral interviewing qualifying and selection skills Recruiting experience with diversity focused initiatives preferred Inhouse recruitment experience preferred; staffing agency experience will be considered
