Location: Middletown NY
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Hours: MondayFriday 7:30am4pm NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS!
Job Description:
- Provide individualized prevocational services to individuals with a developmental disability
- Assist clients to achieve valued outcomes
- Arrange individual and group activities to aid clients to achieve service goals
- Daily documentation of services provided according to OPWDD regulations
- Provide monthly summary of client progress according to OPWDD regulations
- Record attendance and time in/time out of program
- Responsible for coordinating down time activities
Experience with I/DD population
Bilingual English Spanish speaking is a plus
Valid Drivers License
