We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our distinguished and fastpaced Business Development Team. The position of Business Development Center (BDC) Manager entails overseeing the operations of the business development center which holds the primary responsibility of scheduling appointments with potential clients to meet with sales representatives at the dealership.
As the BDC Manager your responsibilities will include recruiting and training team members establishing performance quotas and appointment goals driving sales initiatives and monitoring key outcomes.
In this role you will serve as a vital connection between prospective buyers and their future vehicles. Your duties will involve addressing customer inquiries related to vehicles of interest and financing options. Furthermore you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the latest advancements in automotive technologies and innovative vehicle models.
