Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: JMD Megapolis tower Sec 48 (Gurugram)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Shift timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
No. of working days: 6 days (Sunday off.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Identify and target new customers to increase ecommerce sales. Leverage data and trends to develop strategies for improving online sales performance.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest products and trends in the ecommerce retail market. Provide detailed product information to customers to drive informed purchasing decisions.
Sales Reporting & Analytics: Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Market Research: Monitor competitor activities trends and industry changes to suggest new opportunities and strategies.
Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales leads. Follow up with leads to convert them into paying customers.
Customer Support: Assist with resolving customer inquiries handling complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction with their online shopping experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing logistics and customer service teams to optimize the customer experience and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets as set by management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales role preferably in ecommerce retail or a related field.
Strong knowledge of online retail platforms (e.g. Shopify Amazon eBay etc. and digital marketing techniques.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
Goaloriented and highly motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Comfortable using CRM tools sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive selfdriven approach to problemsolving and customer service.
A degree in Business Marketing or a related field is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a fastpaced ecommerce environment.
Familiarity with online sales metrics and performance KPIs.
