Steeped in history the White Bear theatre pub has been on this site since c.1780 serving great beer and ales. After an impressive refurbishment in 2016 the White Bears interior is a stunning example of a traditional pub that meets modern design with an eclectic collection of artwork and bricabrac. On the original wooden bar is a fantastic selection of craft beer ales and lagers as well as an extensive wine list and collection of spirits and Whisk(e)y. What we look for in aSupervisor:
As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliverexceptional customer service every time and be able to buildrapport with our customers and our team to continuethe success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team toensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shiftssafely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to theircareer in hospitality and we can offer ongoingdevelopment to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
