Reporting directly to the Venues Marketing Manager the Venues Marketing coordinator is accountable for assisting with marketing venue programming including rentals and internally programmed events for MRG Venues; acting as an ambassador and in the best interest of these venues. This individual is passionate about live music collaborative peopleoriented goaldriven social mediasavvy and skilled in content creation and copywriting.

In addition The MRG Group owns and operates an events business travel company digital publication and ticketing service Admit One. In 2021 the business expanded its presence into the US signing its first venue deals with properties in New York and California later that year.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute campaigns with the Venues Marketing Manager.
Content Creation: Develop and manage digital content including show art memes videos and/or other social media content across various platforms. - Community Engagement: Interact with attendees respond to feedback and foster relationships.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with artists promoters and local organizations.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in marketing materials and brand presence.
- Analytics: Track and optimize social media and campaign performance.
Email Marketing: Manage newsletters promotions and subscriber growth. - Sponsorships: Fulfill sponsor agreements through strategic branding and activations.
- Outreach & Promotions: Conduct local and industrylevel promotions to boost visibility and to promote venues to prospective promoters or tenants.
Knowledge Skills Abilities
- 12 years of experience in branding promotions advertising or digital marketing.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for live events.
- Ability to confidently initiate conversations with strangers and work collaboratively with teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
- Ability to write clear engaging content for social media email newsletters and promotional materials.
- Experience in Canva CapCut Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns deadlines and event schedules.
- Creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop audiencespecific promotional ideas.
- Experience in event marketing particularly in the entertainment or live events industry.
- Established connections within local music arts or cultural communities considered an asset.
Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
