**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Automotive Technician to join our team at Payne Weslaco Ford. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing maintaining and repairing vehicles according to dealership and factory standards.

**Qualifications:**
High school diploma or equivalent
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications preferred
Proven experience as an Automotive Technician
Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and mechanical systems
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Excellent problemsolving skills

**Responsibilities:**
Perform routine maintenance and general repairs on customer vehicles
Diagnose complex problems and provide recommendations for repairs
Inspect vehicles according to dealership standards
Document all work performed and recommended repairs
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Keep uptodate with technical information and industry best practices

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid drivers license for at least 3 consecutive years
