As a PreOwned Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our preowned vehicle department. Your role will involve managing a team of sales professionals sourcing and pricing preowned inventory and ensuring an outstanding customer experience

Primary Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Lead mentor and motivate the used car sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Source acquire and manage the dealerships preowned vehicle inventory. Determine pricing strategies and oversee merchandising efforts.
- Foster a customerfocused environment ensuring that customers receive exceptional service throughout the purchasing process.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue expand market share and capitalize on emerging trends in the used car market.
- Analyze sales data track key performance indicators and implement datadriven decisions to optimize sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the used car industry demonstrating a track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Indepth knowledge of preowned vehicle market trends pricing strategies and customer preferences.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team to success.
- Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a Must
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
