Job Description
The following qualifications are preferred but not required: Bachelors degree in youth development education agriculture human sciences or closely related field. Experience working with youth through other organizations as an employee or volunteer. Previous 4H or teaching experience. Excellent interpersonal communication leadership and teamwork skills. Knowledge of spreadsheet and data management software. Selfstarter with excellent organizational skills. Social media skills. Ability to speak language(s) other than English Spanish preferred.
