We are looking for a Payment Poster (CSR) to join our team! As a key part of our customer service team youll be responsible for processing and posting payments ensuring accuracy and handling customer inquiries with a focus on delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and post payments accurately to customer accounts
• Address customer inquiries regarding payments balances and accounts
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve payment issues
• Maintain clear and detailed records of transactions and payment statuses
• Handle payment discrepancies and work toward timely resolution
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism
• Perform data entry and maintain uptodate payment records

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of experience in a customer service or similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in data entry and typing
• Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Previous experience in payment posting or related areas is a plus
