Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and detailoriented Sr. Creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team at our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in graphic design video editing and creating engaging content for social media promotions. Strong communication skills innovative thinking and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop visually captivating designs and graphics for marketing campaigns including social media promotions emailers and webinar collateral.
- Create and edit video content to support webinars promotional materials and social media strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to turn creative briefs into visually compelling designs and video assets.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions offering innovative and creative solutions for promotional campaigns and brandbuilding initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in the brands visual identity across all digital and print channels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting deadlines with close attention to detail.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in design video content and social media marketing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing expertise in design video editing and social media projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects or similar tools.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Experience in creating digital assets for social media email campaigns and marketing promotions.
- A creative mindset with strong conceptual thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the SaaS or tech industry.
- Familiarity with webinar platforms and marketing tools.
- Understanding of visual storytelling to boost user engagement and enhance customer experience.
