Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the annual external Client Asset audit and any other scheduled internal audits or compliance testing.
- Manage Client Asset Breaches effectively.
- Collaborate with the business to ensure process maps accurately cover all Client Assetrelated processes.
- Map Client Asset risks and controls to ensure comprehensive oversight and management.
- Provide Client Assetrelated training to stakeholders.
- Review and update our Client Asset Policy and Standards to ensure they remain current and effective.
- Assist in the review of new business and product initiatives to ensure compliance with the Financial Conduct Authoritys Client Asset requirements.
- Contribute to strategic planning processes to ensure Client Asset compliance supports overall business objectives.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- A working understanding of the Client Asset rules and their application.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail with the ability to succinctly communicate requirements and actions.
- Ability to work innovatively and deliver consistently to a high standard.
- Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Negotiation and influencing skills and ability to drive change.
- Experience in a financial services environment.
- Understanding of the application of other Financial Conduct Authority Prudential Regulation Authority and Markets in Financial Instruments Directive rules.
