About You
- A degree in a relevant discipline and membership with a professional body such as RICS CIOB or APM.
- Extensive experience in the buildings sector ideally covering healthcare residential commercial and local authority projects.
- Strong JCT contract administration expertise and a proven track record managing largescale complex projects. (NEC experience preferable but not essential)
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders balancing client needs and project priorities.
- A digitalfirst mindset and proficiency in project management software.
Youll thrive in a clientfacing consultancy role bringing a collaborative solutionsfocused approach to every project. Based in our Liverpool office youll also travel to project sites as required.
Your DaytoDay Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager youll:
- Lead all project phases from inception to completion ensuring successful delivery.
- Oversee feasibility studies and budgets ensuring capital schemes are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
- Ensure compliance navigating legislation regulations and industry best practices.
- Engage stakeholders managing user group requirements and translating them into clear project briefs.
- Coordinate consultants and teams ensuring seamless collaboration and project .
- Develop project plans and critical path programs keeping everything on track.
- Manage procurement contracts and change control processes mitigating risks and driving efficiency.
- Deliver highlevel progress reports keeping senior stakeholders informed.
- Support business case development for significant capital investments.
