Job Description
- Plan user interfaces that are intuitive and easy to use.
- Keep information and documentations up to date.
- Develop roadmap for products cooperate with management
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define key user journeys.
- Manage product backlog
- Gather requirements
- Lead and participate in requirement review sessions to drive consensus across internal teams and ensure the proposed solutions align with best practices.
- Write clear user stories: You will translate business goals into actionable user stories for our delivery squad outline requirements as acceptance criteria to support build efforts by the development team and use those criteria to demonstrate value to business stakeholders.
- Lead Agile ceremonies in partnership with engineering: You will participate in daily standups backlog grooming discovery meetigs and sprint planning ceremonies. You will also assist in conducting sprint demos and accept completed user stories at the end of each sprint.
- Serve as a point of contact and bridge between the business and the technical team.
- Assess the effectiveness of IT solutions and propose improvements.
- Apply usercentered design principles and conduct user research and testing.

Qualifications :
- IT mindset
- IT agile approach goal orientation
- At least 4 years of experience as an IT Product Owner or a similar role.
- Excellent communication analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Outstanding analytical problemsolving and organizational skills
- Ability to create quality plans and documentations based on business requirements.
- Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers analytics teams and developers to deliver clientfriendly products and user experiences
- Maintains outstanding attitude and excellent professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Time and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced timecompressed and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with requirements and change management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to determine Compliance related risks
- Knowledge of GDPR Principles
- Ability to work effectively both alone and in team
- Selfconfident proactive and constructive attitude
