Are you a highly organized techsavvy and upbeat professional with a passion for recruiting AlwaysBest Care El Paso is looking for a recruitment coordinator to help us attract and hire top caregivers who can make a difference in our clients lives. What Youll Do:
Build strong caregiver pipelines by networking with community services colleges job sites and
employment agencies
Post and manage job advertisements across various platforms
Screen applicants conduct interviews and verify references
Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidate
Lead new hire orientations and ensure all documentation is completed in Well Sky (formerly
Clear Care)
Train and onboard new caregivers including providing onsite training and introductions to clients
Maintain compliance with hiring regulations and company policies
Provide afterhours and weekend oncall support on assigned dates (every other week)

Location: Always Best Care El Paso TX
Compensation: $45000 $50000 (Hourly)
Schedule: Fulltime MondayFriday 8 am 5 pm Includes rotating oncall weekends

What Were Looking For:
Experience: 23 years in recruiting (healthcare/home care industry a plus!
Skills: Techsavvy super organized strong communicator and able to attract top talent
Attitude: Positive energetic and engagingsomeone who draws people in!
Knowledge: HIPPA regulations and basic employment law
Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
Certifications: CNA certification is a plus but not required
