Job Description
Whatyou would be doing:
As the Life Enrichment Aide you are an important member of the The Orchards team and a key contributor to our residents experience. You will actively engage with residents while participating in and or implementing an array of activities to appeal to the social physical intellectual and emotional needs and interests of each resident. You will have the opportunity to work with residents one on one in groups and on community outings.
Thesuccessfulcandidate:
Has a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Enjoys socializingandhas an outgoingfriendlypersonality.
Must be able tocommunicateconfidentlyandeffectivelywith residents families andall levels ofstaff members healthcare professionals and other visitors.
