Blackline Safety is currently hiring a Order Fulfillment Representative to play a key role in supporting Blacklines fulfillment operations. As an Order Fulfillment Representative you will be responsible for picking and packing Blacklines world class devices ensuring our customers receive their lifesaving devices on time and in the highest quality condition. This role reports to our facility in Webster Texas and is not remote.
Qualifications:
- Preference will be given to applicants with previous Order Fulfillment/Warehouse experience.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma with preference given to those with a relevant Technical Diploma
- Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in an Order Fulfillment Packaging environment
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Moderate experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
Responsibilities:
- Read Sales orders to determine quantity and type of product
- Locate product in Blacklines warehouse
- Load unload sort and move product manually and using material handling equipment
- Perform device gas calibrations using automated dock stations
- Pack the merchandise as per Standard Operating Procedures
- Deliver the packed items to the shipping area
- Inspect the merchandise for damage flaws and irregularities.
- Ensure a quality product is packaged and shipped to our customers.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean neat and wellorganized.
- Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as needed.
- Manual handling of incoming and outgoing product
- Standing for extended periods
- Operating hand tools dollies and lift tables
- Wearing PPE as required
- Repetitive lifting and moving of goods weighing approximately 50lbs
Safety Footwear:
Candidates are required to wear certified ASTM standards to prevent injury from specific hazards. At minimum safety footwear in Blackline US Facilities must be 1/75 and C30 unless otherwise specified. Applicants must have access to a pair of the right safety footwear prior to starting employment.
