CTE School Counseling Coordinator Randolph Technical Career Center1 FTERandolph Technical Career Center offers ten fullday technical education programs each offering college credits or industry certifications to students as part of their high school education. Students are prepared for higher education and/or entry into business and industry. RTCC has a CTE School Counselor Coordinator opening beginning in theschool year.CTE School Counseling Coordinator: This fulltime position works the school year plus 15 additional days. This position involves working collaboratively with our partner schools attending district guidance meetings statewide technical education guidance meetings and coordinating and scheduling of students. The successful candidate will also counsel students on academic career and social/emotional issues will mediate disputes and attend all Special Ed IEP meetings for assigned technical programs. Experience in building a master schedule/Powerschool experience is highly desirable.Eligibility requirements include licensure or ability to be licensed as a CTE School Counseling Coordinator previous school counseling experience preferably in technical education previous work experience in business or industry (at least 2 years) demonstrated career planning and career education knowledge and excellent organizational written oral and interpersonal skills.
