An exciting opportunity has arisen for a S&OP Manager to join our Lantmnnen Unibake team at our office in Pantelimon Ilfov.
In this role you will drive and continuously improve the local S&OP process with the objective to create longterm 18 months) sales inventory and operations plan to secure balance in demand and supply in accordance with Unibakes global strategy business plans targets processes and standards.
This is what you will do
- Drive and facilitate the local S&OP process according to the S&OP internal procedure: Product Review Demand Review Supply Review PreS&OP and Executive S&OP
- Prepare material for the monthly S&OP meetings and support stakeholders in preparing material
- Gather data and conduct crossfunctional analysis utilizing ERP Planning and BI tools
- Liaise with Sales Operations and Finance teams to ensure proper integrated scenario analysis /preparation is conducted including imbalance analysis risk mitigation and recommendations
- Closely coordinate plan with stakeholders from Marketing Sales Finance Operations HR and Global S&OP to secure longterm integrated business view
- Ensure imbalances and risks are escalated to local management team and to global S&OP
- Adhoc: Take lead on operational/tactical planning crises and mustdos
- Represent unit in Global S&OP meetings
- Ensure local S&OP process adherence (i.e. ensure right people present material is prepared well in advance information is at the right level of detail scenarios are prepared actions are being captured decisions turn into action etc.
- Act as S&OP Ambassador and S&OP Super User within the unit
- Participate in the annual budget/financial forecast process to align plans and provide input to the standard cost and intercompany calculations
- Drive cross functional S&OP change management together with local management and implement changes
- Continuously improve local S&OP process: meetings material analysiss participants engagement and competences.
