KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the night shift operations for transportation services in Jamaica and Colombia ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
- Supervise and support Transportation Specialists; serve as their primary escalation point.
- Monitor the transportation app and vendor performance dashboards to ensure system health and service quality.
- Respond to and resolve highpriority issues or employee escalations in real time.
- Liaise with transportation vendors to ensure adherence to servicelevel agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze operational data to identify trends gaps or opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to update and implement transportation policies and procedures.
- Own documentation of incidents tracking metrics and reporting for audit or leadership reviews.
- Participate in hiring training and development of the transportation team.
- Partner with other departments (HR Facilities Security) to align transportation services with broader organizational goals.
- Drive employee satisfaction by ensuring a safe reliable and userfriendly transportation experience.
- Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends holidays or late evenings when necessary.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Logistics Operations or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in transportation operations or people management.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) to support both geographies effectively.
- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and operational workflows.
- Excellent problemsolving analytical and decisionmaking abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of ownership accountability and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace or similar tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work during night shifts or as required.
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Willingness to operate outside of regular business hours.
Additional Information :
Hours of work:
- (Sunday Saturday. Starting shift 4pm to 1am) for Jamaica
- (Tuesday Sunday. Starting shift 4pm to 1am) for Colombia
