Job Description:
We are looking for an experiencedTest Leadto oversee manual and automation testing processes. The ideal candidate should have expertise inManual Testing Automation Testing Database (DB) Testing API Testing and Cypress. This role involves designing test strategies leading testing teams and ensuring the highest quality standards in software development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the testing team to ensure successful of test plans.
Develop and implement comprehensivemanual and automated test strategies.
ConductDatabase (DB) Testingto ensure data integrity and accuracy.
PerformAPI Testingto validate system integrations and performance.
UtilizeCypressfor automation testing and improve testing efficiency.
Collaborate with development DevOps and product teams to resolve defects and enhance software quality.
Define and implement best practices fortest case design and reporting.
Monitor and track defects ensuring timely resolution.
Conduct performance and security testing as needed.
Mentor and guide junior testers to enhance their technical skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
7 9 yearsof experience in software testing with expertise in manual and automation testing.
Strong knowledge oftest automation frameworks and tools.
Handson experience withCypress for automation testing.
Expertise inAPI Testing and tools like Postman Rest Assured or SoapUI.
Proficiency inDatabase (DB) Testingusing SQL.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Experience in Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience withperformance testing toolsis a plus.
Knowledge of cloud environments like AWS Azure or GCP.
ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications.
