Responsibilities as the Sous Chef
- Leading training and mentoring the kitchen brigade to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Collaborating with the Head Chef to design and innovate menu offerings focusing on seasonal ingredients and brasseriestyle cuisine that enhances the dining experience.
- Maintaining strict quality control and hygiene standards in food preparation ensuring all dishes meet the hotels awardwinning reputation
- Working alongside the frontofhouse team to ensure seamless service
As Sous Chef you will be instrumental in guiding leading and motivating our talented kitchen brigade to create an awardwinning selection of delicious brasseriestyle dishes featuring comforting and hearty options made with the finest available ingredients.
