We are delighted to continue collaborating with an opulent 4star hotel situated in the heart of the Cotswolds. They are looking for an ambitious Demi Chef De Partie to join the team of their awardwinning seafood restaurant.
You will need 1/2 Rosette experience and your own mode of transportation due to the location of the hotel.

Responsibilities as the Demi Chef De Partie
Using topoftherange kitchen equipment and fresh locally sourced ingredients you will be creating a variety of stunning yet sustainable Cornish seafood dishes.
