Hilton Beachfront Resort and Spa Pool Servers
Location: Hilton Head Island SC 29928
Job Description:
The Hilton Beachfront Resort and Spa is seeking experienced and friendly Pool Servers to join our team. The Pool Servers will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while serving food and beverages at the pool area. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take orders for food and beverages
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure that guests have a pleasant and enjoyable experience at the pool area
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the pool area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server in a pool or beach setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
