Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration:- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records databases and HR systems.
- Prepare and process HR documentation such as contracts offer letters and compliance paperwork.
- Oversee the full onboarding induction and offboarding cycle.
- Support payroll inputs leave tracking and benefits administration.
- Assist with performance management including probation reviews and KPIs.
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes including interview coordination and communication with candidates.
- Ensure all HR practices are compliant with South African labour legislation and company policies.
- Advise line managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary action and grievances.
- Assist with preparations for inquiries conciliations arbitrations and manage conciliations effectively.
- Compile and maintain documentation required for hearings and legal compliance audits.
- Act as a key point of contact for staff HRrelated queries.
- Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Generate reports and HR analytics to support management decisions.
- Monitor HR metrics such as turnover absenteeism and compliance deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Industrial Psychology Business Administration or related field.
- 5 8 years experience in a similar HR management role.
- Strong understanding of South African payroll regulations and HR compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
