Job Description

Shift:5:00 AM 1:30 PM (Monday Friday) Occasional weekend
What youll be doing:
- Interior: Basic electrical plumbing floor scrubbing etc. as needed
- Exterior: Mowing landscaping snow removal etc. as needed
- Assist: Contractors specialist on advanced electrical plumbing balers etc.
- PM: PMs performed on all MHE equipment batteries chargers motors etc.
- Equipment: Oversee and maintain all MHE fleet; fork trucks swing reaches floor scrubbers etc.
What we want from you:
- Experience: 2 years of general maintenance skills required. 2 years of forklift maintenance weld and fabricate preferred
- Attendance: Is always on time and willing to work overtime when available
- SelfMotivated: Sustain standard work within necessary time constraints
- Can Do: Keep a positive attitude when completing difficult tasks or when on a tight timeline
- Quality: Do it right the first time with minimal rework
- Safety: Follows all known and posted safety regulations; e.g. team lift > 50 lbs. hold ladder
