THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Loyalty team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for maximizing our clients affinity for Aritzia. You will play a pivotal role in the design development and delivery of the loyalty strategy and program and collaborating cross functionally to ensure we create personalized Everyday Luxury experiences to our clients across all loyalty touchpoints. THE ROLE
As the Head of Loyalty you will lead the team to:
- Create a scalable and effective Loyalty program aligned with Aritzias strategic objectives considering how the client experience is elevated and purchasing behaviour is motivated by:
- Product Offering
- Premium Services
- Strategic Sales Incentives and Promotions
- Communications & Messaging
- Unique Experiences
- Personalization
- Direct our teams to deliver elevated client experiences across relevant loyalty touchpoints across all channels to increase engagement and brand affinity ensuring cohesion throughout the customer journey.
- Collaborate with Technology and Analytics to build seamless and scalable platforms and management systems to effectively manage and measure program performance driving longterm client retention and value.
- Establish the Loyalty programs measures of success and lead the financial modelling planning reporting and analysis of the initial buildout and ongoing running of the program.
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to lead the daytoday function of the department to achieve corporate and department objectives while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Head of Loyalty has:
- Proven and bestinclass skills applicable certifications education and/or experience in consulting strategy finance or general business management preferably within a high growth environment.
- A commitment to learn apply champion and enrich Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
- The skills to collaborate strategically with crossfunctional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes.
- The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team.
- A dedication to quality and investing in results and new opportunities that add value to the business.
- A deep understanding and commitment for the industry in which we operate.
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $150000 $250000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Additionally this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
