- Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements and user needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for application development teams.
- Conduct workshops and surveys to identify and understand business challenges and opportunities.
- Solution Design and Application Configuration:
- Work closely with technical teams (developers designers architects) to define design and configure application solutions.
- Develop user stories use cases and process flows to represent application requirements and desired outcomes.
- Ensure solutions align with both business needs and IT capabilities.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Support the creation of test plans test cases and user acceptance testing (UAT) for applications.
- Coordinate with QA teams to ensure that the application functions as expected and meets business requirements.
- Track and resolve issues identified during the testing phase ensuring smooth deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication and Training:
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders project managers and development teams.
- Provide regular updates on project status progress and risks to both business users and management.
- Lead training sessions for endusers to ensure successful adoption of new or enhanced applications.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Identify areas for process optimization and suggest applicationbased solutions to improve business operations.
- Keep up with industry trends new technologies and best practices for application development and implementation.
