Job Description
Description of the Role:
As an Automotive Billing Clerk you will be responsible for managing and processing financial transactions related to vehicle sales and services.
Responsibilities:
- Process automotive billing and invoicing transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions related to vehicle sales and service.
- Collaborate with the sales department to address any billing discrepancies and resolve customer inquiries related to billing issues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in accounting or billing is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
