Deluxe ImageRPS Application Specialist
Position Details:
- Pay: $28.85/hr.
- Type: Temp to Perm
- Hours: MonFri: 8:30AM4:30PM.
- Location: Charlotte NC or Glen Burnie MD
Deluxe ImageRPS Application Specialist
Description: We are seeking a skilled Deluxe ImageRPS Application Specialist who will be responsible for adding updating and/or removing lockbox accounts from the application by setting up the necessary business rules to process the lockbox. This is not a production processor position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update lockbox profiles in ImageRPS based on client requirements.
- Read and interpret coupon specifications and translate them into ImageRPS and Opex scan jobs to ensure successful scanning and reading of coupons.
- Read and interpret output file specifications and translate them into ImageRPS to produce client data files.
- Dissect and review data files based on output file specifications.
- Create and update Opex Falcon scan jobs based on client requirements.
Qualifications:
- 23 years of experience working in a retail lockbox processing center using ImageRPS and Opex scanning hardware.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently based on highlevel instructions from management.
