What Youll Do:
- Step in to manage daytoday operations across various properties in our portfolio.
- Build relationships with tenants vendors and team members ensuring satisfaction and success.
- Handle maintenance requests leasing tasks and financial oversight with professionalism and efficiency.
- Travel between properties offering your expertise wherever its needed.
What Were Looking For:
Experience: At least 2 years of property management or related experience.
Adaptability: Thrives in a fastpaced everchanging environment.
ProblemSolving Skills: Quick thinker creative solutions expert.
TravelReady: Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the designated region.
