Job Description

Overview

Legacy Health is recruiting outpatient physicians for our primary care clinics located in the Eastside of Portland Oregon. Providers in these clinics include physicians and advanced practitioners all of whom have been a part of Legacy for several years. Our primary care providers are supported by designated MAs and care teams that can include panel coordinators social workers RN case managers behavioral health clinicians pharmacy techs and pharmacists.

$274k to $305k annually with twoyear salary guarantee 1.00 FTE)

East County is made up of several smaller cities east of Portland
Suburban communities near the Mount Hood clinic are among the fastest growing and most desired including Happy Valley

Responsibilities:


As a physician you are responsible for the patient throughout treatment

Reviewing clinical history providing the physical examination diagnosing and treating both chronic and episodic disorders
Work in collaboration with the team
Maintain own panel of patients and share call coverage for the clinic

Qualification and Licensure Requirements:

MD or DO
Graduate of a fouryear medical school or equivalent and completed internal or family medicine residency
Boardcertified or boardeligible in internal or family medicine
Current Oregon state medical license and DEA certificate
Unrestricted Oregon medical license
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
