Education

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Information Technology / E&TC / CS / Instrumentation) BCA MCA or relevant experience.

Experience

  • 5 years of handson working experience on Chromeleon CDS (Chromatography Data System) or other CDS application available in the market.

Job Summary

Hiring a skilled individual for the Customer Support Engineer position in Mumbai. This role supports the Chromeleon ClientServer Installations troubleshooting. It involves onsite customer visit and travelling across region. It offers an outstanding opportunity to work in a worldclass organization.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Engineer you will:

  • Role includes Chromeleon CDS software deployments on all types of clientserver network architectures.
  • Hands on experience of Windows domain Server OS Networking DHCP DNS and understanding of Cloud environment Virtual servers SQL Oracle etc.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot Software issues network issues to minimize downtime.
  • Knowledge of Pharma Customer compliance and understanding of regulatory audits (USFDA EDQM ANVISA EU).
  • Knowledge of Chromatography instruments like HPLCs GCs MS and its usage in the industry.
  • Maintain customer KPIs and requires customer escalation handling skills
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to successfully implement maintenance solutions.
  • Determine the most efficient methods for completing assigned tasks.
  • Requires travelling at short notice and may include overnight stays in a different city state.
