What will you be doing
Daytoday duties will have you managing all operations within the scope of a Site Super in unique low/midrise projects including attending meetings tracking progress documenting milestones of a strong team ensuring safe and successful completion of projects and complying with regulations. Other daytoday activities might include:
- Working closely with the executive team to report on progress team initiatives and processes
- Work with Construction Manager to ensure cohesive and effective strategy is in place for construction team
- Continuously stay up to date on industry trends to provide disruptive thinking on initiatives projects and implementation of current and new projects
- Collaborate with a wide range of individuals every day to create open communication through all stages of projects
