About the role:
As an Aspiring Psychologist you will:
- Work closely with the schools SENDCo to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the SEN department.
- Provide support to children with special educational needs ensuring they feel comfortable and engaged during class.
- Gain invaluable experience working in a highpressure environment managing behaviour and adapting to the needs of individual students.
- Play a crucial role in helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieving their potential.

- A Psychology degree from a top UK university.
- Previous experience working with a variety of special educational needs.
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
