A thriving law firm located in Irvine CA specializing in General Liability andInsurance Defense seeks to hire a keen Associate Attorney with 13 years of experience who is passionate about this practice area and eager to learn and receive mentorship as they progress in their legal career. Our client represents a wide variety of national and locally recognized insured and selfinsured clients with a focus on commercial transportation/trucking and premises liability. This is a fulltime position offering competitive benefits including health insurance 401(k) MCLE State Bar membership and a cell phone allowance. Our client offers remote work options.
Responsibilities include handling general liability and personal injury defense cases conducting legal research drafting documents and providing legal advice. The role also entails independent file handling client communication mentorship and active learning. Requirements include California Bar admission and a genuine interest in general liability/personal injury defense. Strong analytical communication organizational and teamwork skills are essential.
