Greystones is seeking a Strategic Planner to support the IRS developing data analytic cybersecurity and IT capabilities. You will support the strategic planning process for large projects or key segments of complex initiatives. This role focuses on assisting in the development of mission and vision statements goal delineation and crafting operational plans. The specialist will guide teams in prioritizing initiatives and aligning capital outlay planning with strategic objectives to ensure successful project outcomes.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support the strategic planning process for large or complex projects ensuring alignment for overall organizational goals.
- Assist in developing mission and vision statements that serve as the foundation for longterm organizational planning.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to build operational plans that specify measurable outcomes and incorporate capital outlay efforts within the broader strategic planning framework.
- Assist in the alignment of various initiatives and ensuring that planning efforts are actionable cohesive and aligned with the mission.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- 5 years of experience in a strategic management/planner role.
- Experience providing consulting support and expertise to clients.
- Ability to develop review and present deliverables and findings to management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience supporting DoD or government organizations.
- Familiarity with capital outlay planning and integration into the strategic planning process.
