Job Description Summary
Under the supervision of the Central Verification Unit Operations Coordinator or Revenue Cycle Project Manager the Central Verification Representative facilitates accurate and timely completion/resolution of eligibility activities within Epic. A Central Verification Unit Representative ensures patient insurance information is verified and entered appropriately into the EPIC system. This process promotes an uneventful and seamless arrival process. Additionally a CVU representatives advanced knowledge of insurance and system logic aids in accurate and timely reimbursement of services.Entity
