Proposal Analyst
An opportunity exists for a Proposal Analyst to join one of our key Federal Government programs. In this role you will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of detailed proposals with a strong focus on governance and coordination.

Your New Role and Responsibilities
Working with project managers solution architects and systems engineers and contribute to the preparation proposals for new and existing projects.
Working with internal and client commercial teams to ensure the proposals align with our shared commercial objectives. Ensuring the delivery of executable proposals to clients by:
- Analysing proposed content and performing reviews and editing as required
- Overseeing progress of the proposals and scheduling and chairing proposal reviews with key stakeholders
- Working with sourcing and pricing teams to obtain quotes and ensure pricing is completed in a timely manner
- Drive Business Approval Review process through engagement with key stakeholders
- Finalising and submitting proposals within strict timeframes
- Engaging with the customer on matters relating to proposal submissions and feedback
- Maintaining Proposal SharePoint repository and Registers including key stage gates financials etc.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by leaders to meet the ongoing needs of the team/organisation

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and bewilling to obtain and hold a NV1 or greater security clearance.
