What youll do
Drive Sales Growth:- Own revenue targets for assigned accounts delivering consistent growth through upselling crossselling and renewals.
- Identify opportunities to expand Laboperator adoption across client organizations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing strategies to optimize profitability while ensuring value for clients.
Strategic Account Management:- Be the primary point of contact for top clients developing and executing account plans to achieve measurable results.
- Build longterm relationships with decisionmakers to ensure account retention and loyalty.
ValueDriven Solution Selling:- Position Laboperator as the ultimate solution to client challenges demonstrating clear ROI and value.
- Leverage data analytics to uncover sales opportunities and proactively address client needs.
Market Leadership and Visibility:- Represent Labforward at trade shows and conferences strengthening client relationships and promoting Laboperators value.
- Provide insights to internal teams about market trends and client needs to drive product enhancements.

MustHave Skills:- 5 years in B2B Key Account Management SaaS sales or consultative selling with a focus on driving revenue.

- Strong negotiation presentation and communication skills.
